If you do not have an ID, you may leave a passport or driver’s license as a deposit.

If none of the above documents are available, you may leave a cash deposit equal to the full value of the item being rented.

For children and minors under 18, equipment is issued only under the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian (their personal presence and ID are required).

If you are renting bicycles or other items on behalf of a company or group, you may use an authorization letter and the ID of the responsible person.
